As the congress legislators & Representatives from Telangana region are threatening to resign enmasse on 4-7-11(Monday) central govt is thinking all means to keep the state under control.
Among the steps is being considered, Presidential rule in the state is looming large.

If this happens the Chittoor Corporation GO declaration will have to be indefinitely delayed.
Lets hope the state govt declares the 3 newly declared corporation in special gazette before some thing like this sets in action.

i strongly doubt the intentions of these legislators. One call from high command is enough.

ReplyDeleteA tale is full of twists,"THE CTR" has many more of them...not only after it has thrown its wings to come out of those gloomy decades..It had been made to wait for 2yrs,,Remember RamaGudam(50,000 more population)tried to get corporationised at the same time.it could do that well in fashion with in a short period,directly from Spl Grade.

Yet one thing is clear,for those who believe in almighty just whole heartedly pray with him n those who believe in positive thinking,start wishing n hoping POSITIVE things would soon follow to happen in ctr,by the fullest...This is the best n least thing we can do inividually.
"Mass prayers can do the magic".May u dont believe in this if i spell it out..but u certainly would nod or do a rethinking in ur minds if i add some star value to this statement.This is what Super Star Rajni yelled "fans prayers had protected me to survive".

MPTCs who are opposing extention of Special officers rule in their jurisdiction are threatning to take this on legally.
ReplyDeleteThe Ctr's corporation to become complete n inorder to avoid reelections in those panchayats which are to be dissolved into,SO rule for next cpl of months atleast, is mandatory.
A single call from CM through collector is enough to bend any number of MPTCs. Thatsnot a problem at all for Chittoor and Khammam.

Thing is not abt the solving the prob,but just y do they need to dramatise for this last one month period or so..Isnt this politicos making the situation bad instead of sitting down resolving things/betterify the present conditions......

ReplyDeleteCongratulating Sundara Naidu,another CTRian to be renowned Internationally,by now,a normal man paving the roads for Poultry to creep into RYLS n VLR dts,able to guide many to venture into this, as a source of employment,in our land.
This makes me to feel CTR deserves a research n Hybrid production unit in poulty n Animal Husbandry,as these two replace Agriculture as primary occupation.
INDIAN BANK (stat) branch soon coming @ KRP(probably) to assist those SHG women.This is reportedly a second branch of such kind in RYLS,after TPT.

Nice to see Apex court moving proactive to loosen the deep roots of dark(black)money,leading up from front.Its not the time to ask y didnt it do this long ago,why did the parties which were/are in power couldnt do that way back,Y couldnt the civic society wasnt strong b4 as it is now.Everything follows the "time rule"."Better late than Never".
Govt for the people(farmers),should constitute a board/committee to directly procure the crop(including milk)(paddy,mango,tomato)what so ever,directly from the farmers,from there to open market at a hiked price,remaining opening to export,through various means.

ReplyDeletei read the surya paper 5th page. i totally disagree with you regarding the content of article.
It is showing upgradation of CTr to corporation in bad light stating that it will lead to political struggles, increase in taxes etc etc.
First of all 70-80 % of chittooreans are welcoming the upgradation. The taxes will not be increased till 2014 as they are already increased as part of selection grade municipality.
If water problem has to be solved, becoming the corporation is only option as central govt and HUDCO funds can be utilised.
One thing in article is true that CTR is subjected for two decades of negligence.
But does this surya paper want this negligence tobe continued by remaining a municipality????
CTRs fate can change only as a Municipal Corporation...!

We all feel n wish the corporationisation,is appropriate n well deserving.
but i appreciated the way the article was written,political lobbying for mayorship n much more in detail,one amongst a few in recent times,specifically on CTR.
Todays dt edn carried,the land registration rates would be geared up from Aug 1st,in all the towns of the dt.
Personally,i dont think hiking the taxes can be put on hold ,after corporationisation,though its been done prior.
But that should be ok...to get facilities n infra by large in comparison to them,as claimed by the legitamate rep.of ctr who strived hard for this.
Also this makes me to remember,one of the persons,under the name of "anonymous" a cpl of weeks b4, saying "everything comes at certain cost".
