why are these morons building more fountains without widening main roads. Do they want to narrow already crowded roads

    ReplyDelete
  10. Lets go step by step raveendra. Once we get corporation status definitely i feel roads will be developed

  11. CM might skip Chittoor this time. I think Auditorium and fountain have to wait further

  12. I heard a news from reliable sources that NH-4 will be diverted from Gandlakothuru to Mapakshi to avoid traffic near collectorate and CMC. Is it true? Have any one heard of this news?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Yes deepak it has been in consideration for 2 purposes
    1. to reduce traffic
    2. to provide road access to upcoming huge indianoil terminal near to yadamari.

But R&B are local authorities are not in favour as the NH goes farther from City, its use to cater the city decraeses and new link roads have to be developed and maintained

Take the case of Vijayawada. Both NH9 and NH5 run through the length and breadth of city. NH4 traffic is less than 50% of traffic on NH 9 & 5.

    ReplyDelete
  14. The second proposal is to widen NH4 to 4 lane from bangarupalem to naraharipeta cross. Rest of the NH4 from Nangili to Ranipet will be widened into 2 lanes with paved shoulders. This proposal is already approved and SE(NH) Anantapur division has called tenders for survey work. refer the tenders section in following sit

    www.aproads.com

  15. Its a good news for us that they have initiated the process of widening NH-4 from bangarupalyam to Naraharipeta, where huge traffic falls down.Hope the rest of the NH-4 will also be widened to 4-lane soon.

  16. for chittoor i dont know why every thing happens in papers and proposals but nothings been implemented ...and started

    ReplyDelete
  17. its because our MP is busy in film industry, no time to look over public issues,

    ReplyDelete
  18. @ Murali Ravella: why did you voted him then???

    ReplyDelete
  19. Hey no personals please.

It's duty of the MP to think what he can to for his constituency from centre. Eg: RAILWAYS, Highways etc

but chittoor mps are famous for not opening the mouth atleast once in parliament. NH4 widened to 4 lane entire length from Pune to chennai except for the STRETCH in CHITTOOR DISTRICT.
Is any other NH in India left like this. People in other places don't even know NH4 passes through ctr. They think it's a state highway. If you don't believe me google nh4 and chittoor together and check it.

That's the greatness of MP s from chittoor

  20. question is not about who elected him

how to make this lame ducks to raise voice on behalf, for,
RAILWAYS - nangili-chittoor-sholingar-arkonam LINE - which reduces 120km(approx) btw BGLR-chennai and inturn projects CTR as junction and 15-20 train will be diverted-

    Roads -

4 laning NH4 & if possible realigning via ponnai - sholingur - arakonam - sri perambudur which reduces the distance by 40 kms. its an existing state highway

4 laning chittoor- cuddapah ( cud -kurnool work has began)

    4 laning chittoor - naidupet

water source - regarding drinking and irrigation projects

Education & health - govt medical college, engg college, instead of polytechnic

there are many but how to make them aware of all

    ReplyDelete
  21. Hi Murali,
Nice work there. You really got some retrospection. All the queries you raised are justified. But same question from me. Who will raise the voice so that it can be heard in correct places

We chittorians have the habit of electing morons continuously who doesnt even think about these matters. What matters most is building some bus shelters, opening 5-6 drinking water taps with MPLADS funds. Thats all.

Wont THE BLR-CTR-SHOLINGUR-ARAKKONAM line act as trunk line in connecting two metros and reduce travel time by nearly 2 hrs.

Atleast we shall promote it. Pls sms to SCR railway authorities at 8121281212.
I will write to both our MP and GM SCR.

  22. Good thoughts,buddy murali..

The last active ctrian who represented ctr in parliament was NPCN,as i know.

BLR - CTR (along NH4)-ARK -CNI rail route if can be connected, ctr would become junction, taking out much stress on KPD,along with reducing distance bw cni, blr.

B4 NHAI can be pressurised to carry out the lone left out stretch of NH4 to be q'laned,if we can get the NHP Crs -Gollamadugu crs(on CTR - Cuddalore High road)only 7 kms require to be q'laned, which is easier under the leadership of ctrian cm,if can be taken to his notice amicably.

Theres an urgent need to constitute a common board comprising citizens, intellects, reps of ctr-vlr ,newly formed corps, for hasty development.
Exchanging water like TN govt planned to bring out cauvery from Hogenekkal to Vlr,which can be exchanged in need,as AP trying to bring krishna from Srisailam RC to Neeva.
On such lines, solving water shortage n proactive steps for setting up of S&M industries around this corridor, the board can be contributory n pivotal.,

Brethren of ctr should also note as it cant be only one or two sects of the society could be blamed at this bad situation of ctr(reps n authorities).we cant deny/lower the role of lack of interest/carelessness of our prv generation public/citizens.

we shall try to rebuild instead of letting our tongues wagging/letting loose.

  23. Road widening from CPH Rd to NH18 via NTR MBS,CCBS.is under work.

Getting back the MBS to NTR bus terminal,if could be shifted, would be appropriate from there after.

Road widening of NH18(across PK St),if initiated, would lessen the traffic. Also City market has to be reconstructed or shifted to an appropriate location on Highways.

GH needs to have a better connection through back side, atleast.

Purified water if can be made available for public @ CCBS,RS..that would be a great thing.

  24. Hiya there....

As per the recently released census
CTR dt having population close to 4.2million(close to 5% of AP's)largest populous in RYLS,5th largest over all.30%(4.2% in AP urb pop) of the dt population dwell in urban areas n 70 % in rural(5.33% of AP rural pop)standing in the 7 th position in the state,in both urb n rural population.

We need schemes n projects aiming for improvisation conditions of this pop, which is the actual aim carrying out census, periodically.

To make the discussions jittery, the last topic we were talking abt,MP ctr, tries himself associating more closely with tpt(as his nativity is close to CDG),rather working/spending much of his time for the people who elected him. Also we all aware, politicians are quick enough to say "we couldnt do much,as we are out of power".

RTC,depot-1,has got new DM,n 7 new buses to be added to.Lets see whether he can put his best to boost up the revenues.

  25. dont know when chittor will get a package like this

    ReplyDelete
  26. No to hide to say that,anon...

Nice that back ward areas like KPM,PLR,PLVDl are being developed.Over all developmet(trans dt) would reduce the regionalism among the common men..

The thing which the last cm from our dt,in comparison to his successor had done,,the latter developed his constituency without showing a corner eye to his DHQ.Infact he could raise his DHQ to a city once after he got to power, which was much smaller town relative to ctr,then...Our man almost never cared, also ruined some of his DHQ revenues n job providers.

Even NLR provided with Ringroad, under ground drainage,Developing roads in the city with Rs,12 crores...this time.we also deserve in comparison with that.
