Chittoor Municipal Corporation-APPROVED

HYDERABAD: The Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department has approved up-gradation of three municipalities - Ongole, Chittoor and Khammam - one from the each region, into corporations.

The decision on up-gradation of the gram panchayats into municipalities is expected to take some time as it requires the Panchayat Raj Department to de-notify them as panchayats only if the proposals are backed by resolutions passed by the gram panchayats and supported by required documents.

As the procedures are completed and notifications are issued, 3 new municipal corporations and 8 municipalities are approved for now.

    I have different sources, viz. friends, relatives, govt servants, municipal workers.

    This blog contains all the information regarding developments in chittor but why not about the software company constructing near Iruvaram? I am following the blog from the past 2 months. I heartfully appreciate your efforts venkatesh and intrested in sharing my information too with this blog.

    Hi to all of u guys.... whats the least one can do to ctr..Just pray deep inside from our hearts,wanting some kinda positive change in ctr after submitting ur well wishes to GOD abt ur family n friends ...You would certainly see that happening.I experienced this n shared a cpl of experiences with this blogger Mr.Venk.
    Remember the prayer song of our early pupil hood,,"we shall overcome(2),some day,,'o.....' deep in my heart,i do believe we shall over come some day".Prayer with belief
    Evidently we can notice things start to happen in ctr in these two yrs,remarkably coming out of 4 decade old eclipse.

    One thoughtfull info. If anyone planning to buy a house/plot or invest in real estate in CTR, Murukambattu & Reddygunta are the best places. Both have got enormous potential

    Hi venkatesh, I am writing this frm PERTH. I always thought very negative of chittur, though it's my birth place.

    After following the blog since 6 months, I am having feel good factor and started loving chittur as I used to do in my childhood.

    Hi.. chittoor,Especially to the anon who posted last,CTR is one of the simplest towns of AP,where normal/Avg earners can lead a satisfying life...It lacks much lustre as other town/cities of AP has,,,two things a)water facility b)employment is need of the hr,..Unity is all we need,

    Read todays AJ dt Edn,,.It has a detailed article abt CTR Ring road linking Murukambat,BandaPalli,NagariPalli,Cheelapalle,to be implemented under the Master Plan 2011-31.with the heading "Greater CTR'.

    Two more SBI ATMs under construction,1 on DEPOT Road,next to Srinivasa Talkies,2nd one opp GPT Telephone exchange,nice to see 2 atms coming up in quick succession

    Yes,Anon...actual the cause of confusion is the same article carried both those names,at different lines.Later i realised n corrected it.

    Good News,NH -18 to be provided with shoulders,n over bridges coming up @ KMC- over neeva,MKBT,MTRVL,MBDP,NGMGL(Nanga Mangalam NH4) railway tracks.Refer todays Sakshi Dt Edn.

    APTDC announced a package since this 25th,starting from VLR @ 8pm to TPT.halt n accomodation..then to SKHT temple,TML,KPK,then to VLR @ Rs.840.for adults,including prasada,breakfast,lunch..refer todays Dinakaran,Page 5.

    Nice to see CTR DCCB bagging national award.

    Today AJ dt edn page #15,has news CMC getting ready up swift,OP to be started sooner..

    I would like to ctrians to speak out with out a mask,in the name of anonymous,as it leaves u no clue how to communicate better, whether ur speaking to a person who follows this blog close or some one totally a fresher.Imagine how its like speaking with a mask on in the group..not a cool thing .Believe in ur not doing/sharing any thing wrong/harmful.

    Condolences to all those who lost their lives yesterday,result of various incidents,lets pray to god to minimise the accident/death toll to the least.

    Also would like to see the blogger,allocating some space for,"Citizens Voice",a platform where ctr lovers can raise things which can be changed with out much invest,just a little more care n attention..
    Ex,it would be nice if those rocks/stones lying infront,Dt court complex,almost obstructing the pedestrian way there.

    Thanx for understanding n realising what i've said chaitu.I do believe the other anons would come out slowly to interact with same spirit,atleast for the sake of better ctr.

    I didnt find the dt edn in that E paper,if u can find it,that info is on 15th page.Same applies for the "greater ctr" on day b4 yest.page # 15.*article abt ring road)

    Its nice meeting u too,the brethren of ctr.Hope OZ is not so scary it was...good luck.

    Hi Ram, Only panchayats in 3 kms radius are going to be included in ctr city. Kanipakam is 12 Kms. So na chance.
