A new train passing from Kacheguda to Madurai through Chittoor is being introduced by SCR from october end.
This will be a weekly train and will be a day train between Hyderabad to chittoor.
The train timings are:
T.No.17615 Kacheguda – Madurai
Kacheguda: 06.05 D
Chittoor: 19.10 D
Madurai: 07.00 A
T.No.17616 Madurai - Kacheguda
Madurai: 12.50 D
Chittoor: 00.02 D
Kacheguda: 14.05 A
Stoppages for these trains are: Mahabubnagar, Gadwal,Kurnool Town, Dhone,Anantapur,
Dharmavaram, Madanapalle Road, Piler, Pakala Jn. Chittoor, Katpadi Jn., Ambur,
Vanniyammbadi, Jolarpettai Jn, Salem, Erode, Karur, Tiruchchirapalli Jn, Dinidgul,
Kodaikkanal Road.

i saw new garuda and indra buses from ctr depo today on high road ,services will be soon started and aravind retail unit of megamart is started temporarly below bata showroom soon it ll be started officially after d interior work is completed...........

Though the trials for Upgradation of RMGD & CTR start up at the same time more or less,RMGD could got the nod in style by early last yr,while its more than 3yr struggle for CTR
By now,CTR corp is 5 yr late to Tirupati ,4 yrs to Vellore.(as per the dates of formation)
Lets believe we aren’t too way back there.
Exactly 99 yrs after the formation of this First Corporation of South India ,Chennai -1913.
Chittoor is the 7th largest in area in the state, after , the Hyd,Vskp,VJW,RMGD,Warangal,KDP..

It would be 2.07 L(most probably),,and not greater than 2.2 L by max…

If you observe Khammam,CTR,Ongole ,were considered for upgradation,Reportedly all the three(GO s) were signed on the same day,,
But during the release of it ,the order was almost reverse, Ongole which was considered for upgradation last ,was done at first,then CTR,
No confirmation abt KMM,
Mahaboob Nagar,is being considered for the same,of late….including which the total corps in AP would become 20.
Interestingly Vizianagaram has all the characteristic features ,as what all the present day cities of AP do have,but yet to be considered to be made a city,PCC chief not showing any interest,as such
CTR city is now comparable with the population size of Nandyal,proddatur – Urban Agglomerates (UA s),.

No confirmation news abt JOS ALUKKAS in CTR,as reported by one our guys,(seems a distant possibility)
Though its approaching 100days after the corporationisation,no great movement in the administrative aspects of the areas dissolved in,,Divison n Zonal markings should have come up by this time.,
If the news of Ch.UDA is to be believed,good intiative by CM,N,kiran Kumar(NKK),before the men in the corporation could become active,hes moving up swiftly,,,
A few days back,reportedly Officials from RIE{(Regional Institute for Education),which is having institutions only at Tier – II cities,like Ajmer,Bhopal,Mysore} approached the rep(MLA,CTR),but no movement was seen since then
Having an institute of Higher Education is must for a city,especially taking its standards,
Ex, NIT – Warangal,
IIIT ,vemana University,RIMS – Kadapa
,Medical college (since 2000),SKU –Anantapur.
If at all this rail route bw Chittoor – bengloor should become a reality ,sooner ,If the men of the City,District are really interested as it connects TPT –BLR,

CTR –BLR would be around 210kms around this route,
Distance bw Bangarupet Jn. – BLR is 75kms(where the rail route exists)
Bangarupet – Chittoor :via V.KOTA,YADAMARRI (to be layed hardly 140),,This would be the shortest,instead of making a merry go around…
Alternately,laying parallel rail route following NH 69,42,till V.KOTA,(kuppam route)then along NH75 from VKOTA to reach Bangaru pet JN,
Distance remain to be around 210km-220 kms,,,
If the intention is clear,genuine. it can go for tabulation in the next budget itself,as every one would accept the project assosciated with TPT,We have many great leaders who can persuade /move with ease at Centre.
Nice review there. but I think the route surveyed is thru Bangarupalem, Palamaner, Pattikonda, Nangili route. It is approx 165 kms to blore.
ReplyDeletei dont think population is main consideration,lesser d population greater d litearcy rate,as we know ctr has gud literacy rate compared to others in ryls so we can say dat our ctrians are devoloping fast and thinking broadly.........fruit market road to be extende for 10feet already works started sterday and sooner to the remaing areas

Some body saying(not sure) that our honourable MLA.. demanding for nh4 road contract to his relative. As well as chittoor outer ringroad contract.. So that government is delaying.. Otherwise road work might started last month itself.. You may aware or not.. Same thing happends in CMC near CTR building contract has been demanded and now ck relative only constructing..

For road widening to start, first a task force has to be created comprising of Municipal, revenue, R&B, NH, Electricity representatives with MLA and Collector as members. The formation of this taskforce is palnned.
