LAND RATES IN CHITTOOR

Dear Friends,
Here are the prevailing land rates(Residential plots) in diferent areas of Chittoor City per sqare feet

1. BV Reddy colony : 1600-1800 sft
2. officers lane interior: 1400-1800 sft
3. Lakshmi Nagar colony: 1200-1600 sft
4. Durganagar colony: 1000-1300 sft
5. Prasanth Nagar, New Collectorate : 700-900 sft
6. ITI & Sorroundings: 800-1000 sft
7. Sambaiah kandriga, Jyothi Reddy Nagar: 700-1000 sft (land prices increased with 4 laning works)
8. Reddy Colony, Mittoor: 1100-1300 sft
9. Murakambattu: 600-900 sft
10. Iruvaram: 600-800 sft
11. Kattamanchi byepass, Raghuram Nagar: 800-1000 sft
12. kattamanchi devi theatre, Lawers colony: 1000-1200 sft

Note: The land prices vary depending on proximity to main roads, Govt offices, Commercial zones etc
As corporation is announced, registration prices are going to be hiked which will further increase land prices.

  5. Axis Bank launches Cash Deposit Machine in Chittoor

    Chittoor: For the first time in Rayalaseema region, Axis Bank has established Cash Deposit Machine here at Chittoor on Saturday. DRDA Project Director Anil Kumar Reddy has inaugurated the CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) formally. Speaking on the occasion, Anil Kumar Reddy felt that it was the best and suitable devise for the customers to overcome the headache of the existing procedure.

    ‘Many of the banks are running with inadequate staff due to computerization of the branches. It becomes inevitable for any customer to wait at the counters for depositing their amounts. Now with the introduction of CDM, customers can operate their accounts independently,’ he added. He stressed that the other banks should come forward with such devises in order to facilitate their customers for deposing their funds on their own.

    Explaining the features of the CDM, Axis Bank Chittoor branch manager Vinod Kumar said that the machine would receive the deposits from its customers without hassles. “The entire operation of the machine is an online process. It is just like an ATM. The customer can deposit the amount at any time using this deposit machine.

    Instead of visiting the bank for depositing the funds using prescribed applications, and waiting at the counter, the CDM would do everything without any effort. In due course, the machine would be used for both withdrawal and depositing the funds. This is strictly meant for the Axis Bank Customers only,” he added

  12. murukambat is a good area but yet to see major developmental works . Apollo health city to come up with 400 crores .but works presently stalled due to a court case .

    This area will have 6 lane outer ring road in future as per master plan

  16. Think middle class be mind set when land (plots) rate increased day by day no one comes forward to build houses for their own because Ex:- plots cost around 6 to 10 lakhs
    for approval and others about 1lak
    to build a house it costs around 15 to 20 lakhs

    total for house it must need around 25 to 30 lakhs for a common middle class people it is possible.....
