Dear friends,
I have already introduced you to chittoor NRIs an association formed under the aegis of Telugu Association of North America. We have followed their second anniversary celebrations in USA, Where stalwarts from chittoor were felicitated.
Chittoor NRIs have been doing a commendable service to NRIs from our district. They have been supporting the Women, Children, Employees who were in distress in their needful hour. When Northern Virginia University was busted, the first organisation to come to the rescue of students was Chittoor NRIs. This effort was lauded by parents of other states too, who were really worried till they knew that some one is going to take care.
In order to prevent such untowardly incidents, students from chittoor district can register themselves at www.chittoornris.org and can make sure they are helped when the need arises.
Isn't it heart warming that some one out there are ready to offer help when we are far off from our home town and caring people. Yes, this is the confidence which Chittoor NRIs are striving to create.
Now on occasion of celebrating the 100 years of chittoor district they have been promoting the greatness of district all over the world and are trying to bring out a video journal/documentary on 100 years of chittoor.
Here is the video prepared on 30 years of our history.........
Now i request you all to send your feedback, interesting photos, videos etc etc and trivia from your home towns to chittoornris, so that they can be added to the video planned. Please send your feed back to Mr Sunil @ pantrasunil@gmail.com.

The records created by first n last would never get erased or surpassed,Ex chairman,MC scripts her name in the history of CTR Municipality as the last chairperson and also she becomes the firt n last woman who could ever chair the council....(not speaking abt the workmanship here)

Politicising Anna’s movement,none of them who comeout at the public from the govt,don’t want this(stronger bill,) happening at all ,at any cause.
See they found at Rs.2 lakh + odd mishandling done by anna,,,Don’t expect a person to be 100% pure /untainted…
What to say abt one of the Judges of SC,got to be impeached,sooner…. Volumes of corrupt money,would support the entire nation for years,implies the intensity….
Also another good incident,worth sharing,a judge during closure of one of the cases which took 29yrs,seeked apology on behalf of all those who were in the hot seat before,but unable to give the justice in time….Also he mentioned “justice delyed equi to Justice denied”.
Heartening to see 3 – 4 incidents published in Eenadu Main pertaining to ctr…

Happy to see the dry n lesser developed areas like kalikiri,Gurramkonda,Vayalpadu..getting the full attention of CM by starting CRPF,Sainik School,Textile park,,,,Similarly.
We deserve to have an Institute for Translation Studies (Telugu –Tamil) at CTR.This would provide training n employment for border area dwellers to work in interpretation works/dubbing ,in the film industries etc…
Municipalities n Corporations are to get enough parks which would be maintained well,within 3 yrs…

After Corporationsation happens every Zone should be equipped with Drinking water & Sewage unit, Park,Play ground etc…
As TN got this unified edu system,Similarly all the sort of schools(ZP,MP,Municipal)schools all should be provided with similar amenities,with not leaving much of the faculty positions unfilled….with in the city limits.,…

Though men are responsible in carryin out the work in both public n private sector,,Why AI undergoing severe loss,why Vijaya dairy has fallen from the sky after being a shining star…why not these happen with Apollo/Pvt Airlines..

N number who hail from rich colonies of ctr,has managed to get one or two houses in that habitation specified for working/lower middle class..known as Prashanth Nagar.which indirectly keeps away the much deserved.Result the house,which is constructed on high expectation plans remains unutilized…

Though many of us have enough ,still many of us get enrolled for white ration card..we Public after having enough,still looking to over write/rule,finding fault at the politicians many instances.

From MSR Cr CHITTOOR Cuddalore Highway Starts,(only TN state govt recognized that road from its territory as SH9)..which moves along Vellore,Thiruvanna Malai,Thirukkoyilur,Madapattu,Banrutti,Nellikuppam….and meets NH67…close to 227kms,,,
A bus direct from CTR – Puducherry (Pondi Cherry)is been put across to APSRTC,the actual distance is less than that of CTR – Anantha Puram(ATP)…via Vellore,Arani,Peranamallur,Desur,Thindivanam,,,
Even PTR depot has two direct buses to Bellary n Hospet via TPT,
why couldn’t we have one service,,which is fully viable..
Also I requested APSRTC to run direct buses to all DHQ in the RYLS,and NLR,for every 30-45 mins,like express services from ctr,,which couldn’t come out effective….

ReplyDeleteThe past few days CTR got drenched well.Rains cleaning the city and the peripheral areas like Kodigutta,MVV Rd..etc..Thanx even Monsoons n nature started acting timely..
Since past a Cpl of weeks I am interested in introducing ctrians to this CTR – PNGR(Punganur)route,not this present one ,which goes through PLMNr..But Via Madhavaram,Penugonakala…(old one)
Ex.MP who hailed from a place which is closer to this route tried to bring out this for public use,even his son(Mla),tried which was then opposed by then Forests Minister…
Theres a well made road,which traverses through the Koundenya wildlife sanctuary,which was been utilized in good olden days…the route moves like…
Aragonda,Gajula Palli,Madhavaram,(RF,,,,,)Penugonakala,Rayala Pet,NH219,PNGR
Google Maps shows this road, as a fine one,,but its not actually..The link between Madhavaram – Penugon Kala…needs the attention
Not only this google also shows the road between Thummindapalem – Latteri as a proper one ,but its not on ground,…

This same route can be used to reach MPL via Boya Konda Crs,Valasa Palle,NH219,Mulakala Dinne,from CTR
A private bus operator runs buses in this route till chowde palle from MPL,,which can be extended by RTC if proper road is laid ,after all…
