SOME OF THE UPDATES FROM CHITTOOR WHICH WE MISSED

1) Srini Food Park an integrated food park was started nearby Chittoor in Palamaner road and it is the first of its kind in the country .Once fully completed this project would employ 25,000 people directly and indirectly.Hope this project would benefit chittoor people a lot.

2) We got one new train(passing by Chittoor),Tirupathi<->Mannargudi. It will pass through Tirupathi-chittoor-Katpadi-Vellore-Tirvunamali-Villipuram-Cudalore port-Chidabaram-Mannar gudi.

3) There is news that 20 new apartments are going to be constructed in Chittoor and some information about the new apartments coming up in Chittoor from the manachitttoor website audiences are as follows. 

·         A very big venture is planned and started construction in Konga reddy palli in the golden bells school Campus(School is closed) near to the Hema Madhuri Kalayana Mandapam

·         One in Kattamanchi beside the Devi theater. Construction work already started.

·         In Lakshminagar colony construction work is done, rest of the work is going on

·         Luxury apartment by BMR infra , not sure about the location in the town.

·         Big size apartment by M.G Brother Venture in Santhapet.

·         One beside Camford School in Ganganapally. 

4) Central government approved NH4 from Tamilnadu border to Karnataka border which is 84 kms and Chittoor city is included in this road . So Chittoor would be getting a  4 to 6 lane road by this year end

5) As confirmed by one of our manachitttoor website audiences the international school  mentioned in the previous post is being started by PES group of institutions Mr.Doreswamy Naidu.

CHITTOOR CORPORATION- It's Official

Hi friends its official now. Government has released G.O. No 258 dated 07/07/2012 upgrading Chittoor as Municipal Corporation.

Officially the GO 258 states that following panchayats will be merged in to the new Corporation limits.

1.Mangasamudram (Obana palli), 
2. Mangasamudram, 
3. Murukambattu, 
4. Muthirevulu, 
5. Kalavagunta, 
6. Doddipalli, 
7. Pedda Kaluva, 
8. Bandapalli, 
9.Narigapalli, 
10. Ramapuram, 
11. Mapakshi, 
12. Anupalli, 
13. Timmasanipalli, 
14. Varigapalli, 
15. Kukkalapalli and 
16. Thenebanda.


Long awaited dream of chittoor citizens has been partly fulfilled. Hope this might be a turning point for the chittoor development which has been neglected in past 3 decades.

2)Basics life store was also opened at msr circle
3)Avr E-techno school at k.r palli 
4)Bashyam school at ramnagar colony 

5)Heard that Mrs.Galla Aruna Kumari laid foundation for an international school at B-lore road (if anyone has more information regarding this pls confirm )

6)CMC is organising an innovative event Half Marathon at its new campus in Gudiparla, Chittoor . CMC would offer a certificate to people who participate in this event and complete the whole circuit . Several doctors from CMC are also running the half marathon.

I think CMC running event is the first of its kind in Chittoor and Chittooreans should actively take part in this event to make it a success.The details of this event can be obtained from the following link :

A Request : Mr.Venkatesh is currently posted in a remote place and owing to lack of enough  facilities he couldn´t update this website for the past 3 months. 1.Bata is opened its big mega showroom(G+2) in chittoor at Sundaraiyyar street , beside Gopi book stall.

2.IDBI bank has opened it's new branch and ATM in chittoor at Gandhi.

3.Power Zone (Automobile and Inverter Bat tries) has opened it's showroom on High Road

4.AXIS bank has opened new ATM in Gandhi Road beside "Sun DTH" showroom.

5.Canara Bank has opened twi rural branches in "Thena Banda" and Mangasamudram

6.SBI is about to open ATM near govt hospital(very use full).

Chittoor corporation: what's happening exactly

# It's April already but still no formal GO or announcement on
Chittoor municipal corporation.

# After an year of announcements and hype everythings silent now?

# Is there a problem which has sufaced?or is it the lack of will?

# Does our beloved CM realize that if this is not done he and
congress will lose there credibility in hearts of chittoor citizens
forever.

Can any one from manachittoor give the exact happening or the status
presently.
