1) Srini Food Park an integrated food park was started nearby Chittoor in Palamaner road and it is the first of its kind in the country .Once fully completed this project would employ 25,000 people directly and indirectly.Hope this project would benefit chittoor people a lot.
2) We got one new train(passing by Chittoor),Tirupathi<->Mannargudi. It will pass through Tirupathi-chittoor-Katpadi-Vellore-Tirvunamali-Villipuram-Cudalore port-Chidabaram-Mannar gudi.
3) There is news that 20 new apartments are going to be constructed in Chittoor and some information about the new apartments coming up in Chittoor from the manachitttoor website audiences are as follows.
· A very big venture is planned and started construction in Konga reddy palli in the golden bells school Campus(School is closed) near to the Hema Madhuri Kalayana Mandapam
· One in Kattamanchi beside the Devi theater. Construction work already started.
· In Lakshminagar colony construction work is done, rest of the work is going on
· Luxury apartment by BMR infra , not sure about the location in the town.
· Big size apartment by M.G Brother Venture in Santhapet.
· One beside Camford School in Ganganapally.
4) Central government approved NH4 from Tamilnadu border to Karnataka border which is 84 kms and Chittoor city is included in this road . So Chittoor would be getting a 4 to 6 lane road by this year end
5) As confirmed by one of our manachitttoor website audiences the international school mentioned in the previous post is being started by PES group of institutions Mr.Doreswamy Naidu.
the city has to develop 200ft radial and ring roads for better future and to be ideal city as we see lot of parking problems in cities chittoor should focus from now to avoid this.

MORTH under which the unwidened part of NH4 comes has finally sanctioned the 4 laning of KAR BORDER-CTR-TN border.
R&B dept has submitted plans for widening few roads including Bangalore bypass and forwarded it to finance dept for approval.
This time atleast master plan should be implemented phase wise.

30 acres of land is approved to court construction.
As per my suggestion it is the best time to invest in real estate in Chittoor. Kindly dont miss the opportunity.

ReplyDeleteChittoor: Chittoor traffic police lost hopes of containing the unabated traffic menace in the town. The traffic signals that were set up long back are now functioning as publicity boards for some private companies. As a result, all the preventive steps for containing the traffic have been relaxed leaving the traffic menace to its fate.
Speaking to The Hans India here on Tuesday, Chittoor DSP Rajeswara Reddy admitted the failure of the traffic police in curbing the traffic menace in Chittoor. He made it clear that all the experiments to streamline the town’s traffic have proved futile because of various factors. “Chittoor SP Kranti Rana Tata has paid maximum attention to the issue. We have conducted a number of meetings with the concerned persons to build awareness on traffic threat.
We have appealed to the Chittoor Municipality to take steps for restoring the traffic signals. We have kept a task force near Gandhi Statue and MSR circle to clear the traffic congestion. However, the APSRTC showed its reluctance in cooperating to streamlining the traffic. The private bus operators are also responsible for the menace,” he added. He said that a number of traffic policemen and home guards were being kept at the main centres to clear the traffic.
“When the public is not interested to cooperate with the police, what we can do,” he decried. He assured that the traffic police would continue their efforts to regulate the traffic despite the odds in achieving the goals.
prasanth nagar is on bangalore byepass 500 mtrs from new collectoarate. this is the area with highest potential but beware that the road widening is planned to 200 feet

ReplyDeleteThe part of NH4 between nangili to ranipet doesnt come under the NHAI. Its under MORTH or ministry of road transport and highways. The 4 laning approval is widely reported in eenadu in first page itself. The tender for pre qualification bidding for 4 laning this road is present on APROADS website

BMR Infra is doing more projects in chittoor. BMR EnclavE is the 1st project done by BMR Infra and the location is beside VCR Degree Collage, Mittoor, Chittoor and now all the upcoming projects will come under one place with 35 acres of Gated community layout named as BMR Gardens in ganganapalli area which is already got approvals from the state government of AP and from Chittoor Municipal Corporation. In this BMR Gardens now BMR Infra started construction of BMR Arcade Luxury Apartment with 30 plots, BMR Gateway with 14 Row Houses and BMR Villa.
