ReplyDeleteWhat about service road along with new 4 lane road upto mogili. How red buses or autos will stop infront of villages like kg satram or nalagamapalli etc.
ReplyDeleteService roads are planned only near Iruvaram jn and Tirupati byepass in only. All other areas will get a bus lane (extra lane with a bus stop in both directions).

How would this impact the real estate prices in Chittoor? For the last 4 years real estate prices in Chittoor town, in places like Durga Nagar colony have not appreciated at al (in fact it has come down).
ReplyDeleteDurga nagar colony might see only little appreciation in real estate. Unless road widening is completed from murukambattu-reddy gunta....real estate will be dull only.
ReplyDeletePeople in ctr are ignorant but stupidly oppose all road widening plans. But they don't understand that byblosing only 10-15 feet of their property, restvof their property will appreciate by 2-4 fold.
For example after road widening ia done from estate to than a the prices of vacant plots jumped fromm 600-700 sft to 1200-1300 sft
I have been seeing this man in news from past 12 years , should appreciate him for the work he does all by himself for chittoor.. Although no one cares about his dedication

ReplyDeleteI saw pic posted in fb regarding CPAC meting with CMC Director. I'm curious to know what has transpired in the meeting. To my knowledge CMC Chittoor is gone case and its sad that they continue to hold 600 acres of prime land. AP state govt. is not inclined to take any action in this matter. Is there any glimmer of hope?

He was so kind to have a patient heaRing of us and had explained in detail about the bitter experiences they suffered with our political leaders which led to abnormal delay in execution.

This is surprise to me and probably to many others. We were under impression that TN state Govt. had hijacked this project and CMC is just holding the land.
DeleteIf it is as its mentioned by the Director then its really pathetic that our local politicians tried to milk them. Hopefully things change at the earliest and CMC will embark on its noble mission/vision.
