CUDA - Only Solution for Chittoor's Development

Let's all express our support for the formation of:

Chittoor Urban Development Authority (CUDA)

It will help in::

1. Planned development of Chittoor and surrounding villages

2. Will be a coordinating agency for R&B, Electricity, Panchayatraj, Revenue and Municipal Administration.

3. Less dependence on politics for chittoors development.

4. Will be headed by an IAS officer with a rank of JC.

5. Overall development of Chittoor only possible for CUDA.

    Chittoor-Kuppam line (118 KM) Survey ki 18 Lakhs (yes, lakhs not crores)..so lite

    Only good thing is there is some progress in SriKalahasthi-Nadikudi line, which would benefit Chittoor indirectly.

      For Katpadi(Bangalore) to Srikalahasthi trains have to go via Katpadi-Chittoor-Tirupathi-Renigunta-SriKalahasthi or Katpadi-Arakonam-Renigunta-Srikalahasthi. If traffic/singleline is not an issue then mostly new trains would go thru Chittoor route since it is shorter route, in that case Katpadi-Chittoor-Renigunta-Srikalahasthi-Nadikudi line would be covered. So Chittoor would get good access to western Nellore, Prakasam and Guntur districts.

    Ironically, Karnataka CM is pushing RailwayMinistry for doubling of Chittoor line!!

    Siggundaali mana nayakulaki, cm ki, mana patrikalaki kuda.

    Chittoor-kuppam line anedi oka time pass proposal bcos it will not be economically feasible. Already kuppam-bangarpet-blr line is crowded.

    Chittoor-nangili-mulbagal line is more economical and we have support of both exbjp and now Congress govt of Karnataka. If we can uitilise this, we can get funds in next budget atleast.

    CBN arriving london , meetings for party workers is planned on sat..though i am not his fan will try if at all i can inform him on our concerns directly..

      1. Why chittoors roads not widened since 97 years.
      2. Why Chittoor is decades behind every other dist hqr in infrastructure, education and employment.
      3.while he sanctions everything statewide, why doesn't he remember his own dist hqr.
      4. Chittoor- Tirupati road: most vital arterial road of the district is still two lane?

    Hi All - I could convey concerns to CM Ramesh but not to CBN as he looked completely busy .Based on the views I felt decision making is with minister Narayana who is abreast with latest technology and we can put our comments to him as well going forward...
    came to know few other Forums to raise concerns on state/dist affairs which is easily accessible outside india..planning to use them in coming days...
    Apologies..Could not do much yesterday..it was only words from my side but nothing concrete answer from politicians..
    CBN speech as expected on new funds/investment for new capital amaravathi and was expecting ideas than the monetary help from NRI's

    CM Ramesh owns a house in chittoor and also knows the ground situation in chittoor.

    How far does the matter get carried to CBN is important now.

    hi,

    I am in CTR and visited reserved forest and gangineni lake, some development work is going on...there is huge development opportunities are there,
    I saw CTR Walkers Association group boards..felt happy.
    and there are two 3stars hotels are opened and it looks good, but still we are way behind :(..
