Chittoor Gonthu Vinapadutondi

After decades of silence towards injustice,  step motherly attitude by successive governments and media silence towards our  Chittoor city, social media is becoming a bright horizon towards ending this black out.

Many enthusiastic youth from chittoor have started questioning the indifference towards our city by creating various websites and Facebook pages. And finally our voice "The Voice of Chittoor" is being heard.

Let these voices ring in the deaf ears of dirty politicians and blinded media..

    have you not heard .. Greater Vijayawada and Metropolitan Vizag proposals in same news? and then whey do you wanna point only at Tirupati?

      Because tirupathi is in chittoor district and not chittoor in thirupathi district... we are also really happy for tirupati beging one of the top cities if AP. Our concern is why only for those cities. We dont need chittoor to be like tirupti ir some other cities. All we need is some basic facilities that a city need

    Dont make chittoor to get into bad books, which it had already been to a certain extent..... ppl in db's had already started discussions and are saying ppl of chittoor are not with tirupati and asking to shit all the projects to Vijayawada or Vizag region...... If this is all what you want and feel its better for your prosperity, development.. ..keep going in same way....

    If not think wise and come up with how to fight for your place....

    First I have never heard you and alike supporting some thing for chittoor for even basic things

    Are you threatening for new district, then go ahead. It is inevitable that chittoor district is going to divide sooner or later. But the sorry part is newly formed district will have(TPTY district) everything like universities, superspeciality hospitals, several medical colleges etc etc. What about the old one(remaining chittoor district). Nothing...zero. Nil.

    Chittoor people never competed with Tirupati whenever it was getting anything. Just asked to remember us too. But this has turned outrageous for you?

    Every idiot of small and big town keeps commenting on chittoor. This will not be allowed further. Chittoors fate will be changed sooner or later.
    Yes discussions are going on in dB's . so what. Let chittoor s voice be heard too.how many decades have we to bear and shamed of lack of development. Aren't you ashamed that your own district hqrs is so pathetically neglected. If yes support us. Or else get lost from this forum.

    This is for chittoor city only. You want us to support you for the riches while we remain beggars in our own state.

    Even I am concerned about Chittoor.. But why do you always point on Tirupati? and ask for Chittoor?

    Just take the above pic as an example.. GREATER TIRUPATI? its proposed in 2008.. but till now nothing happened.. and again now, there is some noise about that.... and you guys have started making an issue about that.... didnt you see Greater Vijayawada, Metropolitan Vizag in same news? and why not point that too along with Tirupati? WHY ONLY TIRUPATI...

    Another example, I just saw a fb pic. .comparing Chittoor VS Tirupati Universities...

    Do you know how many had Vizag got in same time compared to Tirupati?

    And Vijayawada.. .has got Capital, many industries lined up

    considering all this... when ever a small news or an project is proposed in Tirupati... the next sec.. you guys come up with a pic or some post .. saying...."We are not against development of Tirupati ... what about Chittoor"...why cannt you guys make a same noise, issue, pics, posts.. when projects or developments are proposed for other cities to.....

    All I am saying is Its what people from tirupati and AP feel.. you people are not happy about your neighbor place...

    as a tirupati native and a person who lived in chittoor for more than 10 years... I dont like to see similar comparisons when some news come up about tirupati.

    My request is.. if you want to raise u r voice for some project or funds for your place.. then instead of showing Tirupati as only a place which is getting all the share..... mention the remaining 2 cities Vizag and Vijayawada.. which are getting better things than Tirupati

    Hi guys, the topic is getting deviated by unnecessary things.
    Here fight is not against Tpt or any other place. But its fight against injustice to Chittoor, and to make our voice heard to deaf and dumb government

      Yes... this is not ctr vs tpty... చిత్తూరు మనదే తిరుపతి మనదే... రేపు ఎప్పుడైనా తిరుపతికే కాదు చిత్తూరు జిల్లా లో ఏ ప్రాంతానికి అన్యాయం జరిగినా అప్పుడు కూడా మేం ఇలానే గొంతు ఎత్తుతాం..

    In TDP ruling there is no importance to Chittoor. Atleast ex CM Kirankumar Reddy provided Corporation status to chittoor. Ee nakka Chandrababu can't do any thing for chittoor city. He will develop only Erpedu Road because he has lot of binomy properties.

    20 years back chittoor was much more vibrant than what it is today. Diary and sugar factory were leading in their respective fields and were in top position. Even nutrine used to provide employment to 1600 people.
    Jaggery buisiness saw golden era. Even people from surrounding districts used to come to Chittoor for agricutre pumps, motor spare parts and lorry & tractor - body building works. Ask any one from chittoor who is in his 30 s now.

    But after 20 years instead of growing to a more vibrant economy, every thing is closed one by one. Not a single project or factory announced. Instead remain sugar factory is closed for past 2 years.Chittoor instead of showing growth, is regressing back year by year.

    You have to be born in chittoor to feel the anger and hurt seeing what is happening to Chittoor.

    So instead of supporting our just cause, don't think negatively. Come to chittoor and see the ground situation.
