RAILWAYS and DELAYS

Dear Friends,
As u have known, for my earlier SMS one month back regarding coach indication boards at chittoor station, the railways replied that tenders have been already discharged and work will be completed by September.

But as you people would have noticed that the work has not even started in station. This tender wad finalised last year but no work initiation till now. So I got puzzled. SMSed back expecting a reply that a little more delay is expected etc etc

But what i got was a shock. Now check the drama

Message : Sir, although the tender for led based coach indication boards has been discharged for CHITTOOR station, the work has not yet started.kindly rectify the delay

1Due to modification in RDSO spec, the est are recasted and are under vetting. The tenders will be refloated and work will be taken on priority.

That means every thing is cancelled now  Now new tenders will be called up. Then tenders will have to be finalised. Then the contractor can start the work at snails pace at his will. We chittoreans will keep on waiting to see some basic development.

This is always what is happening to works related to cto.

Now our duty is to constantly put pressure on them till last board is fixed on cto railway platform.

All we need is strenght of no's. So pls ask your friends and coworkers from Ctr to join our association.

Yours sincerely
Venkatesh

DISTRICT HOSPITAL, CHITTOOR

Friends,
these are the latest developments in chittoor

1. Chittoor District Hospital achieved ISO 2008 recognition. With this
the hospital will be upgraded to super speciality status. This status
was conferred by National Health Systems Resource Centre, which is a
central govt organisation. Along with chittoor, eluru was also
selected for this purpose.

Chittoor District Hospital will now be upgraded to 400 or 500 beds
(from present 330 beds). A modern pathology and diagnostic lab will
be established. Medical, Surgical, ENT, Eye, Ortho and Dental wings
with 2 professors and 10 junior doctors will be recruited. All the
facilities are to be upgraded to super speciality status and
greater emphasis on cleanliness. Hope all this happens fast filling
up the lacuna if much needed health care in Chittoor.

Coming to similar news, APOLLO hospitals pvt limited is going to
construct a new hospital at murukambattu with 300 bed capacity called
as APOLLO REACH HOSPITAL. The construction work is to start by
September. Presently fencing work is going on.

Recently CMC director has announced that chittoor cmc campus will
start functioning with primary health care from September. The
facilities will be sequentially upgraded.

It's showering hospitals friends.

Stand with PRIDE

Though I am strictly apolitical and personally always wished N
Chandrababu Naidu could have done a lot for Chittoor when he had the
oppurtunity as CM, i strongly condemn the behaviour of Maharashtra
govt in treating Telugu elected representatives. Whatever might be the
reason for TDPs visit, it is not how elected representatives are to be
treated. We shouldn't keep silent if our fellow statesmen are treated
shabbily.

Why is govt mum on this matter. YSR wouldn't hve remained silent. If
present govt is so afraid of political mileage, it should remember
that people are watching.

I wish Telugu people are united to stand with Pride
