APSRTC CHITTOOR BUSSTATION- A Transformation.

Huge cleanliness, beautification and repainting is going on in RTC bus stand chittoor. Tirupati platforms are being laminated and Q-lines for orderly passenger alighting are being done.

Chittoor RTC Busstand with 42 working platforms is already one of the largest in AP and is serving 3 State corporations Apsrtc, Ksrtc and Tstc.

1. Several hour of discussion on local development of district especially Tirupati.  But not a single word about chittoor development.

2. Chittoor MP was sitting through out the meeting, but never bothered to raise a single issue related to chittoor.

3. Nellore - Tirupati - Chittoor tri city industrial corridor was the one in plans. But out beloved CM wants to change it to Nellore-Tirupati- Chennai.
So CM is bothered about Chennai in TN more than his own dist hqr.

4. Our beloved CM is putting pressure on CII and Japan agency to change Chennai Bangalore Industrial Corridor to exclude chittoor, but include Yerpedu.

5. Why Yerpedu sir??  IIT yerpedu, IISER Yerpedu, TpTy extension towards yerpedu, Yerpedu- Krishnapatnam and Yerpedu- Sricity industrial Clusters, mega tourist hub in Yerpedu.
Why. Who is really benefitting? This is one doubt and discussion going on in minds of all people of the district.

Missing Missing

South Central Railway conducted a special meeting in Vijayawada for the MPs of seemandhra to prioritise the railway development in their respective constituencies and listen to their demands before upcoming railway budget.Most MPs of the new AP state participated and presented their demands.

Apollo Medical College: Coming up at Chittoor

 Thanks to our dear friend Gowtham Badrinath for sharing these pics of the upcoming Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences & Research as part of Apollo Mega Health City @ Chittoor.

As a keen follower of politics concerning Chittoor, I think CBN ( who likes forgetting a place called chittoor) will boast that by opening Apollo medical College, he has brought never before seen development to chittoor, and looking at this we have to vote him for next term too.

But, learned friends of chittoor know that he has no contribution for the initiation of this idea of Apollo health city which was in 2009 itself and was confirmed during 100 years celebration of Chittoor district when CBN was not even in power. I have even posted the detailed building and site plan in 2011 itself.Check related links and posts from our website given below.

But now march April onwards 2-3 ministers will start press releases that CBN has ultimate vision for chittoor and Chittoor will become world class city ( just with a private medical college ;-) ) thinking people are cattle groups to believe. Finally during opening of these medical college, CBN himself will come down to Chittoor and will be giving huge boasting speeches. There ends the matter and till next election nothing will happen in chittoor. No roads, no improvement, no development.

Forgive me if I am harsh in these words, but all this effort is to stop CBN himself from just inagurating a private medical college and stopping at it, but to put pressure to actually sanction some developments and do something for Chittoor.
