Chittoor Railway Demands: Chronically Neglected By Succesive Govts

These are the longstanding demands pertaining to Chittoor's railway needs and these developments remain essential for the long term growth demands.

1.  Immediate doubling of Tirupati-Katpadi railway line along with electrification. 

This single line presently is already congested and many trains are stopped at intermediate stations like putalapattu,  panapakam and chandragiri for want of clearance of the track. The doubling project was shown to be economically viable and with good returns to SCR. But still this project is under survey only.

2. Fast passenger train from Chittoor to Chennai to facilitate travel between these culturally connected places

3. Survey for Chittoor-Nangili-Bangalore line is complete and will reduce travelling time between Bangalore and Kolkata by about 4 hours. Karnataka people are strongly demanding this line. But no voices being heard from our district netas or even media.

4. Chittoor station building is in dilapidated condition and It is the same what was built by British. It needs immediate modernisation and expansion and a separate ticket booking office.

Today felt very sad reading local newspapers where none of these demands of chittoor are mentioned. Unless we raise our voices through social media, things are not going to change.

We chittoorians can SMS our demands to 8121281212 so that SCR can hear our grievances just at a cost of 1 rupee. Kindly do this and think as this expenditure of 1 ruppee as ideally spent for ManaChittoor.

స్నేహితులారా, దశాబ్దాల వెనకబాటు నశించాలంటే, పాలకులను ప్రశ్నించండి. 

చాలా సర్దుకుపోయాం. ఇక చాలు. మనకింతే, మన వూరింతే, మనమేం చేయలేం అనుకుంటే తీవృంగా నష్టపోతాం. భావి తరాలకు తీవృ ద్రోహం చేసిన వారవుతాం.

కొత్త రాష్ఠ్రం లో వివిధ సంస్థల స్థాపన, అభివ్రుధ్ది కార్యక్రమాల రూపకల్పన లో చిత్తూరు పేరు అస్సలు వినపడడం లేదు. మన గోడు ఎలుగెత్తి చాటాల్సిన సమయం ఇదే.

తిరుపతి కి ఏ కేటాయింపు జరిగినా అది మొత్తం చిత్తూరు జిల్లాకు కేటాయించినట్లు వూదరగెట్టేస్తున్నారు. అయ్యా చిత్తూరు జిల్లా అంటే తిరుపతొక్కటే కాదు. వనరలు నీళ్ళు లేని పేద్ద జిల్లా మరియు చిత్తూర నే పేరు తో ఒక జిల్లా కేంద్రం కూడా ఉన్నాయి. 

జనాల నోట్లో  నానుతున్నట్లు రేపు తిరుపతి ని బాలాజీ జిల్లా గా విడదీస్తే చిత్తూరుకి మిగిలేది చిప్పేగా. తిరుపతి లేని చిత్తూరు లో అభివృధ్ది సున్నా. 

మెత్తం అభివృధ్ది హైదరాబాదు చుట్టూ పరిమితం చేసి, మొన్నటికి మొన్న తెలంగాణా కి గుత్తగా అప్పజెప్పి తరిమినప్పుడు ఎంత బాధ పడ్డామో మనందరికీ బాగా తెలుసు. ఇప్పుడు తిరుపతి విడదీస్తే తిరిగి ఇదే పరిస్తితి తలెత్తదదా???

అన్ని యూనివర్సిటీ లు, విద్యాలయాలు, వైద్యసంస్ధలు తిరపతిలో మాత్రమే కేంద్రీకృతం అయ్యాయి. ఇప్పుడు తిరుపతి వేరుపడితే మిగిలిన జిల్లా గాఢాంధకారమేగా. ఐప్పుటికీ మేల్కోరా. 

ఇలాంటి పరిస్ధితి లో తిరిగి కొత్త పధకాలు కోసం తరిగి  తిరుపతి పై మాత్రం దృష్టి పెడతున్నారు. కొత్తగా ఏదన్నా జిల్లా ఏర్పడితే కొత్తగా వసతుల కల్పన లాంటివి చేపట్టాలి. కానీ ఇక్కడ అంతా రివర్సు. వందేళ్ళ పాత జిల్లా ఏమీ లేకుండా మిగలబోతోంది. ఒక్క ప్రభుత్వ యూనివర్సిటీ విద్యాలయాలు, వైద్యసంస్ధ కూడా అవశేష చిత్తూరు జిల్లాలో మిగలవు.

చిత్తూరు జిల్లా రెండుగా విడిపోవడం తధ్యం. మరి విడదీసే ముందు అభివృధ్ది వికేంద్రీకరణ అత్యవసరం. ఐది వందేళ్ల చిత్తూరు జిల్లా జీవన్మరణ సమస్య. అయ్యా ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులూ మేల్కొనండి. కాస్తైనా న్యాయం చేయండి.

Never before in the history of AP, TDP party has clean swept like this in Chittoor. Its a clear mandate in Municipal, ZPTC, Assembly and Parliament with a thumping victory to TDP

Such a wave was not seen even during NTRs entry into politics.

Why did the people of Chittoor do so? Why did they reject a dynastic clutches holding chittoor for twenty years. Why did they Vote for a non resident candidate of TDP.This Inspite of joining hands of 3 big wigs, why did YSRCP lose???????

Answer is simple. We are thirsty for development. Since 1911 chittoor has been a municipal body. What is its fate now. A paltry increase in size and population. Nothing more. Yes sir, nothing more!

The roads are same as when we were children. Narrow lanes and huge traffic. Even proper street lighting is absent. Infrastructure, Parks etc,.- Don't even ask.

Why all highways nearby are 4 laned except for around chittoor. Why majority of muncipal funds only spent on water tankers.when all district head quarters got their own universities, why didn't single govt college was atleast sanctioned for Chittoor. Is asking a single passenger train for Chennai too much???? Many more like this.....

Now its your chance Sri #ncbn garu. Its now or never..

మారిన చిత్తూరు రాజకీయ ముఖచిత్రం-మార్పుకి పట్టం

There is a clear change visible in the thinking of citizens of chittoor where they vented their frustration and anger by giving a clear majority of 36/50  divisions to TDP and this is huge 72 percent majority.

Remember this was achieved with clear infighting and lack of good effort from local TDP leaders.

Shocking outcome is the loss of CK Babus wife in the hands of a new comer.

This clearly shows that the mindset of chittooreans have changed, and they are totally vouching for development.

NCBN whenever visited Chittoor, used to say that " Give me clear majority, and I will show the real development to Chittoor" Now we have given our mandate sir. Its your turn to honour your promise.

Atleast if not as a city, develop as a District head quarter level.

రెండు దశాబ్దాలు గా అభివృద్ది కోసం కళ్ళు కాయలు కాచేలా ఎదురు చూస్తున్నాం. 

  

Time to Decide-Change the Fate

Dear Friends,

In another two days you are going to vote. Now its the time to decide what's good for Chittoor and also you. Your fate is in your hands. Don't go by caste, religion or money. Go by your heart and vote wisely. 

REMEMBER THIS IS THE FIRST ELECTION IN NEW STATE AND THE OUTCOME WILL HAVE GREAT IMPACT ON CHITTOOR'S FUTURE.

If the word on the streets are to be believe, then these might be the reasons for sudden jump of CK Babu to ysrcp. Internal surveys and prevailing situation has shown him that a win in mla elections has become real tough this time. Also though contested as independents there was prevailing mood that CK Babu and Lavanya belong to Congress.

Now comes the master stroke. Jump to ysrcp. If not MLA, power can be retained as MLC. With YSRCPs support mayor election also will become easier and thus can retain strong( compulsive) hold on municipal activities. If at all YSRCP comes to power, then non stop free run for another 5 years. HowzZat 

Coming to TDP candidate, she clearly is leaning on goodwill of her late husband and tdp wave if its present.

Now whoever are these people, next 5 years are crucial to Chittoor. We have seen undeveloped roads, village like lighting etc due to collusion of some vested interests. There will be liberal funds from centre to new state. New institutes will be developed and we have our representatives who don't even raise their voice that something is needed for Chittoor. They spend their entire lives like " frogs of a well" and be contempt even if nothing is achieved.

No voice regarding jobs, roads, institutes, funds, industries railways....absolutely nothing. , will you be satisfied with this.???? We need a VOICE.
